It’s Soha Ali Khan for ‘Midnight's Children’ next. The Deepa Mehta film, an adaptation of the Booker Prize winning novel by Salman Rushdie, already stars veterans like Shabana Azmi, Nandita Das, Seema Biswas and Irrfan Khan. And now the latest we hear that Soha has also been signed on for the project.
According to sources, Soha is quite excited about the offer and feels an honour to be part of it, as it includes actors much senior to her. Besides, she feels this is going to be different experience for her while working with a female director.
The actress however is tight lipped as she has been strictly instructed by her director against talking about the project.
‘Midnight's Children’ is expected to hit the screens next year…
